I called on a Saturday night around 10pm or 11pm. I explained that I've never been through this process before and I asked for them to let me know what I need to do. After only getting my name and number and the jailed person name, the person on the phone told me the bail bondsman would call me at 7am. I CALLED THEM at 6am and explain again that i dont know the process and i want to make sure I will get a call . Ashley answers the phone and repeated to me my phone number and the jailed person name. She told me I Will get a call. I NEVER GOT A CALL!!!! The jailed person called me to see if I had any information because other people were leaving. I called Cherokee bail bonding back and was told by TAMMY she never got a message. So I went to the office and explained again that I've never been through this process and I told her I also told the people on the phone this too. TAMMY said that was an answering service I spoke with(all rude). She said the judge has already left and wont be back until 7pm. She had an I really don't care attitude!!! EVEN THOUGH THE PERSON IN JAIL DID SOMETHING TO GET THERE, THE BAIL BONDSMAN JOB IS TO HELP GET THEM OUT. This could have been done at 7am but ended up being 7pm. It took 12 hours longer than it was expected to. This Tammy person says she only works there on Sundays. She shouldn't work there at all with an I don't care/not my problem attitude. After filling out the paperwork and paying, Tammy did explain the process. She said "the judge won't be in too much of a hurry when he gets there so I can't give you a definite release time". She said "you know how judges are, I know you've been in a court room before right"..... she was being judgmental! Actually no I haven't been in a court room before!!! If she was paying attention instead of being uncaring, she would have heard that this was my first time going through anything like this. I'm not a complainer but I will say something when something wasn't handled right. PLEASE DON'T SAY OPEN 24HRS IF THE AFTER HOUR SERVICE IS NOT RELAYING THE MESSAGES. I really think it was Tammy being uncaring and didnt do her job.
Always thankful for everyone at Mrs Debbies!
THESE PEOPLE STEALS PEOPLES MONEY, AND EVEN THOUGH IT WAS TO HELP SOMEONE TO STAY OUT OF JAIL, BUT THE CASE GETS DROPPED AND THEY GET TO KEEP THE MONEY NO MATTER WHAT! THIS SHOULD NOT BE DONE TO ANYONE AND MOST PEOPLE ARE FINDING OUT THAT YOU JUST HAVE TO DIE TO GET AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY HOUND THE HELL OUT OF YOU!
