Bail and Bondsman
The money put down as collateral with the court in exchange for an accused individual’s temporary release from jail is called bail. It will be used to ensure the defendant shows up at his trial once it starts. Failure to appear will mean forfeiting the money.
If the defendant cannot come up with the money for bail, he can pay a bondsman to secure his release instead. A bondsman typically charges 10% of the bail amount for his services. Once hired, the bondsman can act as a surety, guaranteeing payment to the court if the defendant fails to appear as promised.

For such a upsetting, stressful situation, this was very quick and extremely flawless. She goes out of her way to make sure that you have everything you need and then some. Hopefully will never need her again, but would use her in a heart beat if I had to. HIGHLY recommended!!!!
Very knowledgeable and helpful in a time of need. I was not eligible for her services but she pointed me in the direction I needed to go. I loved her attitude and being so kind to me when I didn't know where else to go.
We're extremely nice and walked me through the whole process.. even were nice enough to come to me to sign the paperwork cuz I am 9 months pregnant and without transportation. Made me a little more at ease with such a stressful situation. Thank you again ladies!
